Three villas at a glance
Crete Essence Villas – Lagkada consists of three independent villas on a hillside near Makrys Gialos, in Lasithi, on the south coast of Crete.
Villa Aeolus, Villa Artemis and Villa Athena each have their own private pool, garden, balcony and outdoor space with a terrace or patio.
The villas face the open sea of southern Crete, with the local hills rising behind them. Their different sizes and capacities allow families and groups to compare the accommodation according to the number of guests and bedrooms they need.

Villa Aeolus
Villa Aeolus is the largest of the three.
It measures 145 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests. There are five bedrooms, each with twin beds, five en suite bathrooms and two sofa beds.
The villa is arranged over two levels and has a balcony. Its private pool is lit after sunset.
Villa Artemis
Villa Artemis is a white villa measuring 130 m².
It can accommodate up to 8 guests across four bedrooms.
The villa has a fireplace, verandas and a balcony, and its outdoor areas include a private pool and garden.
Villa Athena
Villa Athena measures 110 m² and accommodates up to 6 guests.
It has three bedrooms, a fireplace and a balcony.
Outside, it has a stone-arched patio with a dining table overlooking the private pool and garden.
Facilities in every villa
Every villa has a kitchen with hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and kettle.
Indoor facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine, iron and towels.
Each villa also has a barbecue, sun loungers and umbrellas.
Children are welcome, and a baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.
Cleaning takes place twice a week, and a rental car can be arranged.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement; please ask us before booking.
Bedrooms and group size
Athena has three bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests.
Artemis has four bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests.
Aeolus has five bedrooms, each with twin beds, five en suite bathrooms and two sofa beds, and accommodates up to 12 guests.
Practical information for your stay
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
Online check-in is available before arrival.
We speak Greek, English, German and French.
Beaches and Makrys Gialos
Lagada, a small beach, is about 700 metres away on foot.
Dragon's Beach (Ammoudi) is about 1 km away and around 2 minutes by car.
Diaskari and Lagoufa beaches are about 5 minutes away by car.
Makrys Gialos and its town beach are about 10 minutes away by car.
